appear: and it was so.Titus 1:2, Acts 1:8, 1Cor.6:11
I will persist until I succeed when I am confronted with obstacles. I will regard them as no more than a test. I will continue to keep my eye on the prize before me. I am tested by life; even death is but a test. Passing this test means life everlasting. I shall have life and have it more abundantly.
I will hear not those who complain for their disease is contagious. I will be apart of the solution not the problem. I will continue to charge forward and succeed. I will always take another step, if to no avail I will take another and yet another. The thought of giving up will only be allowed to enter my mind when I look back at my failures, for strength to move on.
I will consider each day’s effort as a chop of an ax against a mighty oak tree. Each blow causes the tree to tremble. I will never entertain phrases, words, or thoughts such as I quit, cannot, unable, or impossible for they are the words of those who know not God. I will remember that everything happens to me is for my good because I love God’s Word and will obey Him.
I will persist and develop my skills by learning and applying the example of others who excel in Life. I will not allow yesterdays success to lull me into today’s complacency. I will greet each day with persistence as though it was the first day of the rest of my life. Now I know one of the greatest principles of success; if I persist long enough I will succeed.
I will persist, I will be victorious.
