| Successful Regeneration depends on our working together with Him. Trust is, if the BIBLE says it I believe it, if God commands it, I will do it, if it’s good enough for Jesus, it’s good enough for me. “In Him was life and the life was the light of men” Col. 2:3 John 1:4 “He that follows Me”, said Jesus, “shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life." |
God is able, willing, and ready to forgive our transgressions, to cover our sins, and to delete our iniquity; David, in Psalms 32, recognized his need as we must teach others. When we look at the basic meaning of the words from the original text: | | 1. Transgression, (crossing over the line) with or without knowledge of God's rules, boundaries, or laws we are guilty. God can forgive. |
|---|
| 2. Sin, (missing the mark) as in transgression plus having the right intention, but not accomplishing. God can cover. |
|---|
| 3. Iniquity, (educated to do wrong) sin plus knowing what is right, but with a plan to transgress and sin. God can delete our record. |
|---|
| Blessed is the man who's transgressions are forgiven. Blessed is the man who's sins are covered. Blessed is the man who's iniquity is blotted out. We must first recognize we have transgressed, sinned, and committed iniquity and accept God's forgiveness, Jesus' sacrifice, and the Spirit of God to make us new creatures. Stop and think about it. When we confess to God, we acknowledge what God all ready knows; we become one with Him in the process of our deliverance. We must confess our transgression, our sins, and our iniquities one by one, everyday, every hour, and every moment. Once we confess, then repent (turn away), or hate them as God hates them, this process Paul the Apostle called dying daily to self. |

| Thexoffenders are encouraged to prioritize our attention according to Matthews 6:33, "Seek first the kingdom of God..." . Then we find in Romans 14:17, what we have looked for, Righteousness, Peace, and Joy in the Spirit of God. We are Justified (made righteous) in the Courts of Heaven by the penalty paid by Jesus on the Cross. We are Sanctified (set apart in peace for a Holy Purpose) by the Baptism of the Spirit of God when we surrender our physical, mental, and social, being also His control. Then we look forward to being Glorified (changed into the original perfect being at the return of Jesus the Christ); this is the source of our Joy. | | The Kingdom of God, like all other kingdoms, countries, and states has a government and the character of this government are their Laws. Thexoffender recognizes the The commandments of God as the character of His government. Now we are citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven while still on earth, with Faith in His Word as our Passport; Jesus says, "If you love me keep my commandments." John 14:15. |

The Rule of Freedom:
| 1. I will keep the Creator number one. |
|---|
2. I will not submit to anything created or made. |
|---|
3. I will be real with the WORD of God. |
|---|
4. I will remember the Sabbath of God. |
|---|
5. I will respect those in leadership. |
|---|
6. I will not destroy life. |
|---|
7. I will not be unfaithful (wife/husband). |
|---|
8. I will not steal. |
|---|
9. I will not lie. |
|---|
10. I will not desire another’s property. |

The first four of the Ten Commandments equal one great concept, “Thou shall love the Lord thy God with all thy heart.” Secondly, the last six are equally important to the other, “Thou shall love thy neighbor as thyself.” Thirdly, they add up to man realizing who God is and the relationship the commandments have to His government or His character. |

| When man realize his fallen state or guilt of offending God’s Law, by the Spirit of God leading him to repentance, the first step is made. The accepting of God’s grace, mercy, and forgiveness is the second stage of the born-again experience. In the third stage, the obedience to God’s commands is the witness, or outward showing of the spiritual birth through faith in the Word of God. When we love the Word of God first, to love our fellow man is natural; the offender becomes theXoffender (us) and theXoffender loves theXoffenders (them). This is the witness; only as we love God supremely is it possible to love other ex-offenders impartially. |
| Faith in God is the easiest thing a man can do: | • First, he accepts John 15:5's last part “Without me (Christ) ye can do nothing.” |
|---|
• Secondly, believe Phil. 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” |
|---|
• Thirdly, remember I John 1:9 “If I confess my sins, He is faithful and just to forgive me and cleanse me from all unrighteousness." |

The inspired writer John wrote “Beloved, I wish above all things, that thou may prosper and be in health…” 3 John 2. Every promise God has made is a part of our inheritance. In order to start obtaining our inheritance from our heavenly Father, we must truly be “born again”. The things of this world must grow dim and the Word of God must be trusted. We then have the right to go by prayer to His throne in the courts of heaven and present our request through the Executor / Mediator (Jesus) of the estate. If we go by faith after repentance and dedication to Him, the request will be freely granted if our request is according to the “Will” of God. How do we know His Will? I am glad you asked, there is a simple effective three-step process. | 1. Prayer is as important to Spiritual development as breathing is to physical life. Prayer is the primary tool for communicating our heart felt desires in the Spiritual relationship we build with our Heavenly Father. | | 2. Study is as important to the strengthening of the Spiritual man as eating nutritional food is to the health of the physical body. The study of the Word of God is the tool, which provides light, that we may know the Will of our Creator/Redeemer/Lord. |
|---|
| 3. Witnessing is as important to the building up of the Spiritual kingdom of God as exercise is to the building up of the physical body. The sharing of God’s Grace, Mercies, and Love in living a Christ-like life in Faith, Dependency, and Obedience. These are the greatest way to make our God look good. Witnessing is the evidence of of the Spirit of God living within instead of the sinful nature of which we was born with. Jesus came to seek and save the lost, so let's witness that He was and is a success. |

God has always tried His people in the furnace of affliction. It is in the heat of the furnace that the cross is separated from the true gold of the Christian character. Jesus watches the test; He knows what is needed to purify the precious metal, that it may reflect the radiance of His love. It is by close and testing trials that God disciplines His servants. He sees that some have powers which may be used in the advancement of His work and He puts these persons upon trial; in His Providence, He brings them into positions that test their character and reveal defects and weaknesses that have been hidden from their own knowledge. He gives them opportunity to correct these defects and to fit themselves for His service. He shows them their own weakness and teaches them to lean upon Him, for He is their only help and safeguard. Thus, His object is attained. They are educated, trained, and disciplined, prepared to fulfill the grand purpose for which their powers were given them. When God calls them to action, they are ready and heavenly angels can unite with them in the work to be accomplished on Earth. Patriarchs & Prophets pg. 129,130 Men whom God favored and to whom He entrusted great responsibilities were sometimes overcome by temptation and committed sin, even as we at the present day strive, waver, and frequently fall into error. Their lives, with all their faults and follies, are open before us, both for our encouragement and warning. If they had been represented as without fault, we, with our sinful nature, might despair at our own mistakes and failures. But seeing where others struggled through discouragements like our own, where they fell under temptations as we have done, and yet took heart again and conquered through the grace of God, we are encouraged in our strive for righteousness. As they, though sometimes beaten back, recovered their ground and were blessed by God so we too may be overcomers in the strength of Jesus. On the other hand, the record of their lives may serve as a warning to us. It shows that God will, by no means, clear the guilty. He sees sin in His most favored ones and He deals with it in them even more strictly than in those who have less light and responsibility. Patriarchs & Prophets pg. 238 In all who have been chosen to accomplish a work for God, the human element is seen. Yet they have not been men of stereotyped habits and character who were satisfied to remain in that condition. They earnestly desired to obtain wisdom from God and to learn to work for Him. Says the apostle, "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him." James 1:5. But God will not impart to men divine light while they are content to remain in darkness. In order to receive God's help, man must realize his weakness and deficiency; he must apply his own mind to the great change to be wrought in himself; he must be aroused to earnest and persevering prayer and effort. Wrong habits and customs must be shaken off and it is only by determined endeavor to correct these errors and to conform to right principles that the victory can be gained. Many never attain to the position that they might occupy because they wait for God to do for them that which He has given them power to do for themselves. All who are fitted for usefulness must be trained by the severest mental and moral discipline and God will assist them by uniting divine power with human effort. Patriarchs & Prophets pg. 248 |
