Responsibility:

Men, Fathers, Sons, Husbands are the titles of responsibility; this must be thought, learned and practiced.

Personal responsibility is the first step in the journey to a new positive lifestyle. Positive thinking takes place, positive actions are practiced, positive relationships are developed, and a new spiritual life is regenerated. No excuses because of situation, condition, position, or stigma is accepted when responsibility is taken. Real men love Jesus, the Word of God. Gen. 1:26; John 3, John 17 and Matt 6:33, Rom 14:17.
The examples set by a real man:

1. The Son of Man / the Son of God, Jesus, is a 100% complete, physical, mental, social, and spiritual being.

2. The only perfect example of what God intended for man came from His creation.

3. Jesus was full of the grace, mercy, love, truth, and power.

4. Jesus, our Lord, the Righteous One, the Prince of Peace, full of Joy in the Holy Spirit presented the Kingdom to us.

5. Jesus, our example, demonstrated all of the gifts of the Spirit of God.

6. When He departed, He sent the Spirit of God as the other comforter to those he called upon.

7. The Spirit of God gave gifts to the body of believers, the church, to carry on the work of revealing the truth to a world deceived by the lies of the enemy of God.

8. Jesus prayed that we the body would become one as the God Head is one.

9. Each of us possess only a part of the many gifts, but together have every gift necessary for victory.

10. We must each understand what we are; all are typically born mental, physical, and social beings, created equally.

11. Adam was created a mental, physical, social, and Spiritual being; because of disobedience to the Law of God’s Government, he died spiritually first.

12. All of Adams offspring were born spiritually dead.

13. The Law of self-sacrifice is the law of self-preservation; to be dead to oneself is to live.

14. Jesus taught us we must be born again spiritually, the value we put on mental, physical, and social development must cease or die.

15. To be resurrected; where the priority is put on building a relationship with God or spiritual development.

16. The Law of self-serving is the law of self-destruction; to live for self is to die.

17. Those that have not surrendered to the will of God but seek first the comforts, pleasures, and positions of the physical, mental, and social life are in grave danger.

18. They take the natural course of destroying the very thing they think they love.

19. But those of us who choose to surrender to the Will of God and seek first His Kingdom, have healthier physical, mental, and social lives.

 20. We, because of the Word of God, inherit the Righteousness, Peace, and Joy in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, because of Jesus.

 21. We who witnesses the effect and shares this free gift knows we can not keep it unless we give it away.

 22. This is what makes a successful TheXoffender mentor, a Christian, a child of God.

The   CYCLE

Activating events (natural desire to sin) are triggered. These can be a people, places, or conditions which start the self-destructive cycle.

At this point, the vicious circle is in full rotation:

1. What We Think (our belief system) is based on our experiences, education, and/or culture, which determines how we internalize the Activating Event.

2. How We Feel (emotional response which can be anger, fear and/or discouragement) determines how we express what we think.

3. Negative Behavior (actions, which can be criminal, abusive, destructive) is the expression of How We Feel and if not corrected will lead to other negative Activating Events.

At this point, the healing circle is in full rotation:

#1 The Word of God changes "What We Think" or what we tell ourselves, from sinner to saint.

#2 Then "How We Feel" changes  from Misery to Joy.

#3 Then "Negative Behavior" changes from destructive to constructive, which leads to better management the Activating Events, if not the negative cycle goes on and on.
