Nutrition: is the foundation in the process of rebuilding a sound body, mind social and spiritual life.
The Re-set Diet Detoxification
   The original diet for man is described in Genesis 1:29, where we read: “…I have given you every herb (vegetable) bearing seed…and every tree, in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.” On this original diet, man lived an average of 912 years, prior to the flood, without a single recorded instance of sickness. Following the flood, two changes were made in man’s diet…meat was added and man started to cook his food. Following these two changes in the way man ate, the lifespan rapidly declined in ten generations from an average of 912 years to less than 100 years.
   Our body is made up of approximately one hundred trillion living cells. Each of these living cells has a DNA or blueprint of the cell that will be used to regenerate a new cell. As our cells die and are replaced by new cells, the new cell is totally dependent on the building materials available (the food we have been putting into our body.) If the building materials have been poor, the new cell will be weaker than the cell it is replacing. If the building materials have been good, the new cell will be as strong as the cell it is replacing. If the building materials are superior, then the new cell will be stronger than the cell it is replacing. It is that basic and simple. We literally become what we eat! Nutrition relating to the Physical body
Addressed primarily by "The Reset Diet" by Dr. Darlene Tryon, it is by design to return to the original diet from creation. This should cleanse the body and give it a rest from the negative effects of harmful foods, chemicals, and combinations. Example, Breakfast (fruit, nuts, grains and cereals), Lunch (vegetables and grains), Dinner (choice of fruit or vegetables base light), prepared to get the daily requirements. Food should look good, taste good, smell good, and be good for you.

Addressed primarily by the “Basic Education Initiative", it is important for those who do not have at least a high school or equivalence diploma to be engaged in the process of obtaining one. Each individual will need to identify a skill or training in an area of gainful employment. We believe as a man thinks, so is he, and as a mind is trained to think, so will he be.

Nutrition relating to the Spiritual

Addressed primarily by “The Word of God, the Bible”, it is by design to use the best-selling, most published, and only accredited Manual for the human race. It is believed to be the only guide for building a solid relationship with the acclaimed Creator of all things, Heaven or Earth, and building a loving relationship with our fellow man.

The Lord, God planted a garden eastward in Eden, and there He put the man whom He had formed. Out of the ground, the Lord God made every tree grow that is pleasant to the sight and good for food. The tree of life was in the garden; the tree of knowledge of good and evil in the midst of the garden. Gen. 2:8-9 And the Lord, God commanded the man, saying, of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die. Gen. 2:16-17

The Creator said it was not good that man should be alone, so He created woman, a helper comparable to him. Adam had been given a great responsibility to prosper and be in good health physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. The two were joined as one and they were not ashamed. It is interesting when I listen to an arguement between a man and a women; I hear clearly the man "I think" and the woman "I feel". The one who think and the one who feel must come togather for the two to be one. The woman ventured off to the midst of the garden where she met the enemy of God in the tree of knowledge.

The conversation started off with the serpent asking a question, “Has God indeed said, you shall not eat of every tree of the garden?” The woman, with limited information, tried to answer the serpent in chapter 3, verse 2-3, adding “Nor shall you touch it lest you die.” The serpent exercised his position of superiority by challenging the Word of God, with the first lie told on earth, “… you will not surely die.” He knew the wage of sin is death, for he was serving a death sentence, without the possibility of parole, here on earth.

Now, as this tree to the woman would satisfy her physical appetite, it appealed to her emotions and was pleasant to her eyes; the promise of wisdom was desirable to her spiritually. She ate, then shared with her husband; he was more informed of the cost for he had received the command direct from God. They thought, in disobedience to God, there might be some gain as those who take chances today. Later he would say, “The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me of the tree.” verse 12. Death began at verse 7; ingestion of the forbidden fruit triggered the physical decay of the perfect body, delusion of the perfect mind, destruction of the perfect relationship, and death to the spiritual being.

The rational deterioration of the powerful mind of man, the social relationship was weakened, and the spiritual separation of man and God took place. Disobedience to God’s command rendered them unprotected (naked) from the influence of the enemy of God; they could hear the voice of God but feared the only one that loved them. As a result of eating the forbidden fruit, their minds were altered from godly to ungodly. The properties of this fruit started what we will refer to as the Spiritual Auto Immune Deficiency Syndrome.

1. Auto – There were no manual overrides. Once it started the end result being death of the spiritual, mental, social, and physical.

2. Immune – No defense was left in man to protect him from the destruction of the body, mind, social, and spiritual relationship with the Creator.
3. Deficiency - Physical, mental, social, and spiritual man is no match for the fallen angel (the enemy of God).
4. Syndrome – It has been passed down from generation to generation, all have been exposed and infected.
God’s Program (solution) started with detoxification. God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of Us to know good and evil; and now, lest he put his hand, and take also from the tree of life, and eat and live forever: Therefore, the Lord God sent him out of the garden of Eden…” Gen. 3:22-23 (stage for the 1st Prison or controlled environment).

NARCOTICS – STIMULANTS – DEPRESSANTS – HALLUCINOGENS - CANNABIS
ALCOHOL – CAFFEINE – NICOTINE – SUGAR - PRECRIBED - OVER THE COUNTER DRUGS

Each of the above mentioned substances, when abused, have a real negative effect on the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual life. The fruit of the forbidden tree produce this “ultimate euphoria” which only lasted but a short time and is replaced by a despairing excitation that degenerates into the ultimate low. Cause and effect always go together. No matter what our chosen sin, it has it's own built-in consequence, and will bring man closer to death. Unlike the Joy found in the trusting, obedient love-relationship that has an everlasting-life effect.

The relationship between God and man was built on the principles of love, trust, and obedience. The substance (drug, mind-altering) found in the fruit had to change the viewpoint of the relationship to be effective. God knew the power of Disobedience, its overwhelming influence; so, He, God, provided a Prevention, Intervention, and Regenerative Plan or Plan of Salvation.

1. Prevention	Prevention – Was the command to not eat from the tree in the midst of the garden; not to rebel against the Government of the Creator. It did not start in the garden of Eden, but in Heaven, where Lucifer disrespected the Government of God. As found in: Isa 14:12-14, How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. The Government of God: Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Joh 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God. Joh 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. Joh 1:4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. Joh 1:5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. Joh 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father) full of grace and truth. Joh 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
2. Intervention	Interventioin – Is the sacrifice made by Jesus in the shedding of blood, mingled with the sins of the world, becoming the only true antidote for sin which is fatal. It was here that the test was found: Mat 4:1 Then was Jesus led up of the spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. Mat 4:2 And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred. Physical test - Mat 4:3 And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. Mat 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Mental test - Mat 4:5 Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple, Mat 4:6 And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee; and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. Mat 4:7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God. Social test - Mat 4:8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; Spiritual test - Mat 4:9 And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. Mat 4:10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan; for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. Complete victory - Mat 4:11 Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him Jesus as the 2nd Adam to face the enemy of God and man in a victorious battle. The purpose of all testing ordained by God is to refine or prove the quality in one's own heart or the the minds of those observing. As found in: (1 Pet. 4:13,14 NIV) "Dear friends, do not be surprised at the painful trial you are suffering, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoce that you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed."
3. Regeneration	Regeneration– Restores man to his original status Holy (whole) in body, mind social, and spiritual relationship with God and fellow man, through the power of the Spirit of God. As found in: John 3:3-5 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his mother's womb and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. Romans14:16-19 Let not then your good be evil spoken of; for the kingdom of God is not meat and drink but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men. Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another. Mat 22:37-40 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. 2 Cor 5:17 & 18 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature. Old things are passed away; behold, all things become new. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hate given to us the ministry of reconciliation.
